The Greaves, Shannon, Bernard, Dionne, and Johnson families announce with profound sadness the home-going of our beloved loved one Josephine Greaves Shannon who departed this life on June 12, 2015, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Mrs. Josephine Greaves Shannon is survived by her loving daughter, Murrey Bernard Dionne, Grandsons: Kiejah and Conley Dionne, Siblings: Martha Greaves Borner, Nathaniel Greaves and Barchue J. Greaves.

She will be lovingly missed by Nieces:  Allia Hanson Lawson, Joyce N. Greaves, Mardia Greaves Bloh, Fatima Greaves Johnson, Nephews: John T. Greaves Jr., William H. Greaves Jr., Edmund Greaves, Aloysius Hanson Jr., Jeremiah Greaves, Frances B. Greaves, Step Children, Grandnieces, Grand Nephews, God Children and host of relatives in Liberia and the United States. MAY HER SOUL REST IN PEACE.
