The Williams and  Peah families announce with profound regrets the sudden death of their daughter, sister, cousin, aunty and friend Regina "Girl" Peah. This sad and heartbreaking event occurred on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the University of  Pennsylvania  Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA at about 6:45p after a brief  illness.

Regina "Girl" Peah was born on August 24, 1963  in Pleebo District, Maryland County, Republic of  Liberia unto a union of  Mr. Sunday Peah and Mrs. Ma Hne Williams.

"Girl", as she was adoringly called by friends and family, leaves to mourn her loss, her sister and "mother",  Kade  Mai Williams; sisters: Olivia Williams Widgin, Victoria Tatia Williams, Mercy Peah, Julie Peah, Elizabeth Peah, Olivia Peah, and Marinda Peah; brothers: Michael P. Williams, Sr., George Hne Williams, Sam Sebeh Williams, Alfred Peah, John Peah, Augustus Peah, Michael Peah, Solomon Peah, and John Peah. She is also survived by her nieces: Marpue Connie Freeman, Laila  Aridi Sambola, Yemah Jartu, Tunde Clarke Scott, Rachel Makor and  Ade Aridi Russell; nephews: Tendeh Aridi,  numerous  cousins, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces and a host other relatives and friends both in the United States, Liberia, other parts of West Africa and around the world.
