Thomas Hoff, Jr.

Sunrise: April 1, 1949 - Sunset: July 29, 2013 The Hoff, Robert, Grant and Wah families announce with profound sadness the passing of their father, husband, brother, grandfather, uncle and cousin, Mr. Thomas Hoff, Jr. This sad event occurred in Charlotte, North Carolina, on July 29, 2013, after a protracted illness. Mr. Thomas Hoff, Jr., was a devoted husband, loving father, and dependable friend cherished by his family and friends.  He faithfully served his country as a member of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) for many years before the civil war.  'Junior', 'Uncle Junior', 'Papa' as he was affectionately called, leaves to mourn his loss his wife of more than 20 years, Mrs. Alletha Robert Hoff; his children: Keturah, Samantha, Mabel and Thomas Hoff III; his grandchildren: Rachelle and Samaiya; his siblings: Prince Hoff (Theresa) of Providence, Rhode Island; Marion Hoff Dickerson of Cleveland, Ohio; Laura Grant of Charlotte, North Carolina; Sylvester Grant of Gaithersburg, Maryland; Willamette Hines of Charlotte, North Carolina; Konah Hoff, Yatta Hoff Ferguson, Zoe Hoff, Thomas Hoff and Musu Hoff, all of Monrovia, Liberia; a host of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces,  grand-nephews, cousins and friends in Liberia and the United States.
