Deborah Nyonontee Julu-Jackman of Newark, NJ; born on January 7, 1950, wife of Ralph M. Jackman, daughter of the late Dennis Saweh Julu, Sr. and Lucy Giplah-Nimene, has successfully completed her course of life here on Earth! She was given her certificate of completion on July 8, 2013.
