A memorial mass to celebrate the life of Archbishop Emeritus Michael K. Francis will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 10 a.m. the Basilica of the National Shine of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Michigan Ave NE, Washington, DC 20017. Free parking will be available in the west parking lot.
The mass will be officiated by priests from the Society of Missions to Africa (SMA) who served in Liberia and are now residing in United States. A fellowship immediately following the mass will celebrate and highlight the life and on-going works of Archbishop Francis.
