It is with deep sorrow, the Monger and Morgan families announce the sad home going of their beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin and aunt. "Vickie" affectionately called by family and friends was born on March 1, 1968. She was called to rest on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at about 7:45 AM while enroute to a Hospital in Monrovia as a result of heart attack.
